The Tagline.

So of course, I agonized over naming the site. I wanted to reference something positive and food related, but watermelon.com was taken, and so was chocolate.com. So, what’s a girl to do?

I pondered on it. Ate my way through Columbus. Went for a run. Came up with Fudha for the site name. But then…there’s the issue of the tagline. For anyone who knows me, they know I love food, and I love language and accents (especially Southern). I really wanted to make the tagline “Good Eatin’ “, but just wasn’t sure that everyone would get it…I didn’t want people to be wondering what our website has to do with Paula Deen.

After really thinking, I decided that “good” works, because we’re trying support our friends who own restaurants and help out families who need it. And “eating” is totally related to basically everything we’re trying to do for our customers, the Mid-Ohio Foodbank, and it’s a huge passion of mine.

So that’s what it means, and how I got there.
